Lots of visitors to the studio have asked if we can post a tutorial on how to make this plate. Here it is! What you’ll need: An 8” square base. Freeze n' Fuze is a relatively easy way of creating detailed elements for your fused glass pieces.

After you fuse these 3-D pieces, you can fire them flat onto plates, platters, bowls or anything else. I have molds with lovely flourishes. They make gorgeous borders and you end up with detail you couldn't otherwise obtain in glass! You can also tack fuse them onto pre-fired glass or use them for making jewelry or magnets.
