Hot Rods: Unique Applications for Kilnforming Rod

This is a unique, fascinating workshop

that is well loved!

Most people use rods for torch work, but there are so many more ways to use rods in fusing. In this workshop you will be led through a myriad of mind blowing kilnformed rod techniques; opticals, patterning, bending, tacking and layering.

We will employ dichroic glass to enhance the rod effect, and complete 6 amazing projects!! A new technique will be introduced in this workshop.

Rods will provide a unique application for your future kilnformed work.

All glass and materials are included in this workshop. Either bring lunch, or we will order out and pick up for you!

On an agreed evening, Meryl will be hosting a fun-filled dinner at home.
