Intermediate Fusing Intensive

Take your fusing skills to the next level!Over the course of 5 fast paced days, you will create 6 projects. Each project gives you at least 2 opportunities to learn new techniques!
Subjects covered include:
Complex pattern bars, plate design, creating depth, screen printing, thick slabs, color choice, creating a drape, tack fusing, strip cutting, creating a drop, sandblasting and casting with billet. So many advanced tips will also be shared.
We will also employ advanced coldworking techniques, learning to write firing schedules, kiln programming, and discussions on best practices in the studio.
All glass and materials are included. Either bring lunch, or we will order out and pick up for you!
On an agreed evening, Meryl will be hosting a fun-filled dinner at home.
