SHIPPING

Please note that our shipping rates are by weight and box size, based on real-time carrier costs. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

If you need to ship outside of the US or for APO/AFO, please call or email us for shipping rates.

This Promotion excludes orders outside the US, orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. It also excludes Bundles, Kilns, and machines/equipment. Cannot be combined with any other offers including, but not limited to coupons, discounts, or sale items.  

Pre-Ordered Items may be subject to additional charges if shipped separately from in-stock products.

Half sheets of glass are subject to a 2-sheet ordering minimum.

GLASS HANDLING FEE

All Bullseye Sheet Glass purchases require 1 (one) Glass Handling Fee of $8.50 added to your cart for every 8 (eight) 1/2 sheets. 1/4 and 1/8 Glass Sheets do not need a handling fee. 

This fee will be billed via PayPal if it's not in your cart.

Half sheets of glass are subject to a 2-sheet ordering minimum.

RETURNS

All claims must be made within 30 days of shipping date and accompanied by the invoice. With this in mind, please open your package upon receipt to inspect contents and status of your items.

Please email us for a return authorization number before shipping any goods back to us via the contact form on our website. No returns will be accepted without authorization.

All items must be returned undamaged and in working order in order to receive a full refund to your original payment method. If you're returning glass sheets or ceramic molds, please go to a shipping center and have them help you safely and securely package your returned items.

We will pay return shipping charges only on defective items or items we've shipped by mistake. We can email you a label, or you can send us the receipt for your return shipment and we'll reimburse you. All other returns must be shipped at your cost.

**If you have ordered equipment, kilns, machines, or tools (cutters, nippers, pliers, etc), please open and test immediately. Some items may be under warranty and if left for months, you may not have any recourse from the manufacturer.

If you have any defective equipment, machines, tools or kilns, please notify us ASAP and contact the manufacturer if the item is under warranty. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive damaged items due to a damaged package, please notify the carrier immediately. In some cases, the insurance on the package from the carrier may cover the damage. Please do not ship back to us, but send us photos of the damage so we can assist you in finding the best way to handle the situation. Keep the box and all packaging materials. 

Broken glass will be refunded to your original payment method (no need to ship back to us), and you may re-order. 

Please note that there are no returns on special order, clearance, or overstock items - all sales on these items are final.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

WHOLESALE

We offer a total discount of 40% off retail on qualifying orders of Bullseye Glass Products sold at $600 or over. This will be issued as a refund after your order has been placed. 

Cannot be combined with any other offers including, but not limited to coupons, discounts, rewards points, or sale items.

SALES & DISCOUNTS

Sales cannot be combined with any other discounts including, but not limited to: Rewards Points Coupons, Shipping Promotion Gift Cards, and other coupons.

If any of these are used in combination with a sale, we will cancel out the additional discount and issue a PayPal invoice for the difference. 

REWARDS POINTS

Points are awarded for online and in-store purchases.

You will be awarded one point per dollar spent. 

Points cannot be awarded for equipment such as kilns and cold working machinery. Points cannot be awarded for Wholesale Orders. Points will be manually removed from accounts that have ordered equipment, kilns or are wholesale orders.

Points can be redeemed for $5, $10 or $20 off, depending on the number of points accrued. If items are returned, the point value of that item will be deducted from total.

Rewards Points Coupons cannot be combined with any other offers including but not limited to: coupons, shipping promotion gift cards, discounts, or sale items.

WORKSHOP POLICIES

There is a 72-hour cancellation policy. After that time there will be no refunds, however, your tuition can go towards another workshop, less a $50 cancellation fee, valid for 6 months.

You will be asked to sign a liability waiver in order to participate in class. Unfortunately, you will not be able to take this class if you fail to sign the liability waiver.
